eBay Giving Works Benefits CBLDF!

If you’re reading this, chances are you already know about the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund Rewards Zone. A host of rewards are offered to thank our generous contributors, including apparel, posters, signed books, and even fragrances. We’re frequently updating our inventory with new products, so check back often if you don’t want to miss the opportunity to grab a copy of, say, SAGA vol. 1 signed by creator supporter Brian K. Vaughan! Thanks to the generosity of creators, fans, publishers, retailers, and other volunteers, the Rewards Zone has been a huge success.

Any and all contributions are appreciated, and that’s why we’d like to put the spotlight on a new way to support CBLDF.

Comic Book Legal Defense Fund recently joined forces with eBay for their innovative fundraising initiative, Giving Works. Thanks to this program, anyone auctioning off products on eBay now has the option to donate a portion of their proceeds — anywhere from 10% to 100% — to the charitable organization of his or her choice. Whether you’re selling, buying, or just browsing, it’s incredibly easy to use, and a great way to support CBLDF!

We recommend these products, up for auction to benefit CBLDF right now! Few of these items are available directly through CBLDF and many are exceptionally rare or out of print, so you will be able to find something a bit more exclusive. Almost everything available is being offered by ordinary fans that chose on their own accord to make a little less money — and in some cases, no money at all — for themselves, so that the proceeds could go to our important work defending the First Amendment rights of the comics community!
