CBLDF Touches Down At Wizard World Philly

This weekend the Wizard World Tour comes to Philadelphia and the CBLDF will be there with special events, cool new items, and breaking news from the front lines of free speech!

First up is Friday’s WizardWorld Sketch Duel featuring Skottie Young (Venom), Amanda Conner (The Pro), Tim Seeley (GI Joe), and surprise guests jamming away on cool original art that can be yours for the bidding. The Sketch Duel is at 2:00 on Friday afternoon.

At the booth stop by to pick up great CBLDF premiums including the all-new Savage Dragon tee-shirt by Erik Larsen, Judd Winick’s Barry Ween tee, the More Fund Comics variant cover signed by Frank Cho, plus comics, prints and posters signed by Jim Lee, Todd McFarlane, Michael Turner, Frank Miller, Mark Millar, Neil Gaiman, Brian Azzarello, and more.

Wizard World is also the perfect opportunity to renew your membership. Everyone who signs up at Wizard World Philly will receive an official CBLDF Member Pin at the show, and will later receive the 2004 Member Card featuring the Hulk by George Perez. Becoming a member is the best way to help the Fund. By adding your dues you help us to fight the legal battles necessary to keep comics safe from prosecution. Right now we’re waging fights in Arkansas and Michigan to knock out unconstitutional display laws that would hurt retailers selling your favorite books. Your membership helps us wage those battles, so stop by our booth and lend your support to these important fights!

Wizard World Philly is at the Philadelphia Convention Center. For more information or directions please visit http://www.wizardconventions.com.
