Support the Fund at STAPLE this Saturday!

This Saturday come meet the CBLDF at STAPLE! The Independent Media Expo. The show is Texas' first and only independent comics, zines, art and literature show, and is happening in Austin on March 5, 2005, from 10am-6pm at the Elks Lodge at 700 Dawson Rd.

Over 30 exhibitors from Texas and across the nation will be displaying their small-press and self published comics, mini-comics, zines, and art. Special guests and panelists include Shannon Wheeler, Lea Hernandez, Scott Kurtz, Chris Moreno, Rafael Navarro, Jessie Garza, Barb Lien-Cooper and Terry Moore.

The coolest part about STAPLE! is that it’s only $5 to get in and a portion of the door proceeds will go to benefit the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund.

Fight censorship and check out the latest in indy comics at STAPLE! For more information, and to see the list of exhibitors visit www.staple-austin.org
